In the Dashboard, please go to “Settings”. Inside “Settings”, please go to “Discussion”. There, make sure that “Users must be registered and logged in to comment ” is not checked. I suspect it is checked now.

Buddhinarayan Sir, it requires wordpress account to comment in this blog. I think it is better to remove this requirement as most of the visitors to this blog may not have wordpress account.
